Although not military marked this blackened brass compass was most likely used during the Great War, there is no makers name and when placed on a level surface it is still accurate, measuring two inches in diameter across the face it comes in an aged condition with some wear to the black finish.  read more

Pre WW2 MkII Officers Compass

A 1938 dated blackened brass officers compass made by F Barker & Sons of London. The condition is very good, it still works with a little tap at the dial and most of its original blacking is still intact.
