Victorian Scottish Volunteers Review Medal
A Victorian bronze souvenir medal awarded to the Scottish Volunteer regiments who took part in the military review at Holyrood Park Edinburgh on August 25th 1881 with Queen Victoria in attendance. The medal was issued in silver and bronze, silver for officers and bronze for NCO’s and men. This is a lovely example in very good condition showing very little wear and a nice mellow tone. It measures Just under 1.5 inches in diameter.
