Vintage KRRC Officers Mess Dress.

Pre 1958 Officers mess dress for a Captain of the Kings Royal Rifle Corps. A beautiful quality uniform, the jacket made from black wool with silk cords and black velvet embellishments. It has a quilted silk lining and comes with matching trousers with black ribbon stripe and matching waistcoat.
The condition is superb, no sign of any moth damage, there is what looks like a white line on one arm, please see pictures but on the whole, it looks hardly used.
Jacket; 40-inch chest and 18 inches across the shoulders.
Trousers; 38-inch waist, 35 inch inside leg.
One piece waistcoat with metal zip fastening to back and side. 40 inch chest.
