WW1 Era Canadian Button Silver Sweetheart Brooch

A bit of a mix up this one, it is made from a silver Canadian small button which has been cut on the sides to let in a pin then it has been backed with an English Sterling silver plate, designed I’m sure to be a sweetheart brooch it measures 1.5 inches long and comes in very good condition.
