WW1 German Soldiers Paybook – Ersatz Battalion
A WW1 German Soldiers pay Book for 4529 Private Greidrich Luden Liebfrau from Hoya, Lower Saxony. Born in 1873 and married in 1900 he served with the 2nd company Ersatz battalion of the 75th Infantry Regiment, part of the 9th army corps from November 1916. He was around 5’6” and was fitted for his gasmask on 25th November 1916 and was discharged on 22nd November 1918. He would have seen action on the western front in the Battle of Pozières and Battle of Amiens.
The book is in excellent condition and complete.
