1938 Dated German Winter Relief Fund Flyer

This 1938 dated flyer was issued to the German people involved in the ‘Winter Relief Fund’ in Berlin, it reads ‘to its deserving employees and helpers in the first year of the Greater German Reich’ nicely stamped and hand signed it measures roughly A5 size and comes in very good condition.
