A beautifully done hand coloured engraving after the painting by R Westall RA of “Rear Admiral Nelson’s conflict in his barge with a Spanish launch, night of July 3rd 1797”. It is in very good condition and comes in a modern frame and mount. It measures 15 x 19 inches.  read more

Two 1950’s Panoramic Photographs 4th Batt Suffolk Reg (T.A.)

These two large panoramic photographs feature the 4th T.A. battalion the Suffolk regiment, the slightly smaller one is dated for 1957 and features hundreds of uniformed soldiers, the larger one is dated for 1958 and has the caption ‘on the occasion of the visit of H.R.H. This large book with around 350 pages of text and pictures details ‘all the ships of the Royal Navy from 1815 to 1889’ written by David Lyon and Rif Winfield and dates from 2004, even second hand this appears to be an expensive book, it comes in very good condition with mild signs of use.  read more

A Limited Edition print by Mark Postlethwaite entitled ‘Achtung Spitfire’ A Spitfire of 72 Squadron about to engage Dornier 17’s approaching the coast, September 1914. It has been signed by the artist and numbered 266 / 1250.
It is in good condition with a mark near the signature, it measures 16.5 x 12 inches.
This print is unframed and will be sent rolled in a tube.  read more
