WW1 Era Desert Water Bag.

A rare canvas desert water bag with porcelain spout and cork bung and rope handle, marked to the front ‘Caledonian 10 Water’. Although it shows signs of age, it looks like this one has not been used. Preferred to be used by desert troops as the canvas kept the water cool. The only other example I can find is at the imperial war museum that date their example 1917.  read more

Small brass cap badge worn by the Royal Jersey Light Infantry during WW1, later they became the 11th battalion Hampshire regiment. This is a nice period example but quite heavily toned.

2nd Volunteer Battalion Bedfordshire Regiment Cap Badge.

The white metal cap badge of the 2nd Volunteer Battalion Bedfordshire Regiment, used from around 1887 to 1908. This one is smaller and from the latter period, pre 1908 transformation to the Territorials.
It is in excellent used condition with a beautiful tone and patination.

WW1 Era Sterling Silver Household Battalion Sweetheart Badge

A scarce badge for the Household battalion marked to the back with Sterling silver and being decorated with blue enamel to the front, it bears the George V cypher with the King’s crown, the condition is really very good and it measures 1.5 inches long.  read more

WW2 Era British Fighting Knife.

A Rogers type fighting knife with aluminium pommel, stacked leather grip, small brass guard and Fairbairn type steel blade. It has seen use so a little worn in areas and with original leather sheath, this is also in good order, but tip had folded and blade has penetrated through. It measures 11 inches long in sheath.
