Scarce Vintage USA 63rd Field Artillery Battalion Pin Badge

A scarce vintage brass and coloured enamels pin badge for the 63rd field artillery battalion, bears the motto ‘hanau ia no ke kaua’ which translates from the Hawaiian as ‘ born for war’. No makers mark but these badges were considered to have been made in Japan for post war occupation. This example comes in very good condition and measures just over one inch long.  read more

The 1874 officers State Sword of the 1st Lifeguards. Probably one of the oldest and most costly patterns of swords still used by the British army.
