WW1 Silver Tournament Medal to Capt Canadian Corps of Guides.

Solid silver Aldershot Command Group Competition Tournament 2nd place Medal awarded to Captain C. C. S. Watson of the 5th Canadian Division for Tilting Ring and Peg. C. C. S Watson was a Captain with the Canadian Corps of Guides from October 1916. The Corps of Guides were mounted troops of an infantry division used for collecting intelligence and reconnaissance.

Officers Silver ID Bracelet – Major E Yorks Reg.

Silver I D Bracelet engraved, Major T W Hind. East Yorkshire Regiment. This man needs research however I have found him in the army lists as Lieutenant, Other Ranks Temporary Captain 15/11/1940 and as major of the East Yorkshire Regiment 14th Dec 1947.
Bracelet in very good condition, just marked ‘Silver’ but tests as .925 sterling.  read more

A WW1 303 rifle projectile suspended from a silver mount which has been engraved Ypres 25 April 1915. Obviously made for a watch chain. In very good order, measuring 1.25 inches.  read more

Soviet Russian Peoples Volunteer Milita Armband & Badge.

Original cold war era Peoples Volunteer Milita (DND)Armband in red and gold with original enameled lapel badge. Although this Home Front unit was raised during WW2, this one dates from the 1950s–1980s and was worn by civilians assisting law enforcement. Both are in excellent condition.  read more

Scarce WW2 RN Volunteer Reserve Wireless Transmitter Sweetheart

A scarce WW2 era Sweetheart brooch for the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve Wireless Transmitter personnel, it is constructed from a silver centre with enamel additions and is mounted on a mother-of-pearl back, it comes in very good condition and measures just under 1.5 inches in diameter.  read more

Superbly Detailed Resin Model Napoleonic Era Carabiner with Glass Dome

This lovely little model is hand painted and was most likely produced by Verlinden productions of Belgium and has been placed on a wood base and under a glass dome for display purposes, marked to the model ‘French Carabinier’ it comes in excellent condition and stands just over 5 inches high, 6.25 on the base and 8 inches including the dome.  read more

WW2 Era Silver Plated RAF Cigarette Box

Here is a super quality silver plated cigarette box that dates from around WW2, it has been set with a silver RAF badge to the front and is typically lined with a box wood interior with a gilded internal lid, it is marked to the base ‘Aristocrat E.P.N.S. made in England’, it comes in very good condition with just some light surface signs of use. It measures 4.5 inches long.  read more

Vintage Solid & Heavy South Staffordshire Reg Bronze Box

An unusual piece which could date from the early part of the 20th century up to WW2, it is made from solid and heavy bronze and has been set with the badge for the South Staffordshire regiment to the top and the banner for the regiment on the lower front, measuring just 2.5 x just over 2 inches it comes in very good condition with just minor signs of age and use.  read more
