Vintage Royal Navy Embroidered Silk Sweetheart Handkerchief
A pretty silk handkerchief probably dating from WW2 or just later, it has the embroidered emblem for the Royal Navy to one section, the edge is trimmed with pink lace but unusually it has a little pocket in one corner housing an attached powder puff, so a ‘two in one’ gift for a forces sweetheart, measuring 9.5 inches x 9.5 it comes in lovely condition. read more

1920/30’s tropical tunic and jacket worn by a Lieutenant Colonel of the Royal Engineers. Made of a heavy cotton drill material in a light khaki colour. 1930’s DRL Sports Badge – Bronze.
German Sports Badges was issued for the completion of various physical and athletic tests, this one is in bronze so a 3rd class award.
Although there is some wear to the surface of this badge, it comes in very good condition so it’s only main fault really, is it has a small kink in the pin. A fine example with good makers details on the back. read more
