QEII RNR Surgeon / Doctors Tunic & Cap

A beautiful quality black mohair wool tunic for a medical Lieutenant of the Royal Navy Reserve. It comes with gilt QEII buttons and gold bullion cuff insignia. This must have cost a fortune to be made, and I would hate to think what it would cost today. In perfect condition with a 40-inch chest, 28-inch waist.

Queen Victoria 1897 Jubilee Army & Navy Medallion.

Silver Plated medallion made by Spink & sons London, awarded to serving members of the Army and Navy on Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee in 1897. This is in excellent condition with no loss to the silver plate, just one small scratch to the obverse. It measures 2 inches in diameter.  read more

WW1 era Bi-metal Cambridgeshire Regiment cap badge. Although it was used until around the 1960’s this is a nice early badge with one-piece back with applied brass scroll. Makers name on slider ‘Lambourn’s Birmingham’ in very good used condition.

Victorian Scottish Volunteers Review Medal

A Victorian bronze souvenir medal awarded to the Scottish Volunteer regiments who took part in the military review at Holyrood Park Edinburgh on August 25th 1881 with Queen Victoria in attendance. Scarce Early Army Air Corps Silver Sweetheart Brooch.

A very nice sterling silver AAC sweetheart brooch with king’s crown and eagle. There is no AAC under the eagle’s feet, I’m not sure if this part has broken off or it was never there in the first place. Still a rare little brooch from the second world war measuring 1.25 inches in diameter with the pin on the back in good order.  read more

WW1 Worcestershire Regiment Cap Badge.

WW1 era all brass badge of the Worcestershire Regiment. Used until 1925 when the badge was changed into the star type. It is in good condition with a light Verdigris on the surface and lugs pinched on the back.

A good WW1 era bi-metal cap badge worn from 1901 until 1920 when the regiments title changed to the Loyal Regiment. This badge is in very good original condition although the slider has been cut to reduce the length.
